Welcome to Langkawi Island Cruises. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any of our water sports activities.

Booking and Reservation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Langkawi Island Cruises.
  • Bookings may be made online via our website, by phone, or in person at our office.
  • A valid credit card or payment method is required to secure your booking.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Payments can be made via credit card or other methods as specified on our website.
  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the activity.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or for no-shows.
  • Cancellations by Langkawi Island Cruises:
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund, based on your preference

Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are in suitable physical condition to join the activity and to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
  • All participants must respect local laws, customs, and regulations during the activity.

Liability Waiver

  • Participation in water sports involves inherent risks, including potential personal injury or property damage.
  • By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release Langkawi Island Cruises Ventures from any liability related to these risks.

Age Restrictions

  • Some activities may have minimum age requirements.
  • Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is fully responsible for their safety and conduct.

Changes to Activities

  • Langkawi Island Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity due to operational reasons, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will notify affected customers as early as possible and offer suitable alternatives or a refund where appropriate.
